What’s inside this buffalo shell? Soft, tender cauliflower. With just the right amount of subtle seasoning, this amazing veg provides the perfect counterpart to the crispy spicy shell. Baked to perfection, this melt-in-your-mouth cauliflower really does give the meat a bad name.

Making these vegan buffalo cauliflower wings may take a little longer to whip up than your average week-night dinner, but trust us, you won’t regret putting in the effort.

It should take around 50 minutes to prep your cauliflower and an additional 40 minutes to cook it. That means the total cook time is around 1 hr 30 mins, which makes this a perfect dish for wowing guests or treating yourself with. 

Serving Suggestions: 

Our recipe makes 2-3 servings of cauliflower wings if you are eating them on their own. However, if you were to add in some sides, you could serve a few more people. Our recommendations? For a healthier option, why not try combining these cauli wings with a Couscous Salad? Or double up comfort food with comfort food by adding some Sweet Potato Hash
