Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use Watkins Organic Dill Weed as a substitute for fresh dill?

Watkins Organic Dill Weed makes a fantastic substitute for fresh dill. Just use the following ratio: 1 tbsp fresh dill = 1 tsp dried drill.

Note that dried dill has a more intense and less grassy flavor than fresh dill. It should also be added earlier on in the cooking process, to allow time for the flavors to infuse.
