Organic Buckwheat and Brown Soba Rice Noodles are nutty, chewy and flavorsome. These Japanese-style soba noodles are made with high-protein, high-fiber organic buckwheat and Lotus Food’s signature organic brown rice flour. Perfect for soups, salads and stir-fries, soba noodles are delicious served hot or cold. To prepare, bring 4-5 quarts of water to a boil. Add noodles and simmer for 7 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain and rinse well under cold water. Serve hot or cold.
