Thawing method:
8 hours in the refrigerator or immerse the sealed package in cold water until thawed. After thawing, cook within 48 hrs for best taste.
Cooking Instructions:
Season to taste and sauté for 3-5 mins. Cook until internal temperature reaches a minimum of
165°F.

Storing your Ground OmniPork couldn’t be easier!
Keep frozen at 0°F and refreezing is not recommended. After you have thawed and opened it, your Ground OmniPork can be kept in the refrigerator, at a temperature of less than 40°F, for up to 48 hours before consuming. Of course, OmniPork is not a cooked product, so be sure to cook it thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F or above before enjoying.
