Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Navy Beans and Great Northern Beans?
Navy Beans are small, oval, and quick to cook. They have a creamy taste which is great for purees, dips, soups, and stews. They are also high in fiber - 19 grams per cup.
Great Northern Beans are slightly bigger, with a mild and nutty flavor. They hold their shape well and take the flavor of the food they’re cooked with.
