Bramosia means "desire" in Italian and this is certainly the most romantic and delicious choice from the Donna Laura selection. Most of the wine (85%) is Sangiovese, which adds extra richness and ripeness to this incredible 2018 vintage. The Sangiovese is aged in a barrel tank and blended with 15% Merlot. It is this complementary dance of flavors and romance between the two types of grapes that give this wine an extra dose of complexity, depth, and allure. And with its gorgeous deep ruby red color, this red wine is oh so pleasing to the eye.
