How do I cook Cahokia’s High Protein Rice?

For white Cahokia rice, add 1 ¾ water to 1 cup rice (this will make 3-4 cups cooked rice) in a pot and bring to the boil. 

For brown rice, use 2 cups water to 1 cup rice. Cover with a lid, reduce to a light simmer, and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the heat but keep the lid on, steaming for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
