Is Anni'e Homegrown Confetti Cake Mix vegan?

The ingredients in the cake mix are all vegan. For a vegan cake, you may replace the egg in the recipe with an egg replacer (we have plenty of options here at PlantX) and follow the manufacturer’s instructions or substitute ⅓ cup applesauce for every egg required.

You can also substitute half a medium-sized mashed banana for every egg required in the recipe.
