Egg allergy…. I’ve been living and suffering on fried egg memories for 4 years. Ate at Anixi (Chelsea NYC) last night and had 2 of your eggs. Blown away! Breakfast is BACK baby!! These eggs are a vegans dream! One thing I’ve missed since developing an allergy to eggs is “dippy eggs” when i discovered these I was so excited but also worried they wouldn’t taste good. Well I was wrong, they are amazing! Fried up and a little VioLife cheese on top- perfect dippy egg!
