At first I was a bit skeptical, until I tried it and...Wow! This was so close to the real thing. I couldn't believe it! I was missing eggs on this new Plant-Based lifestyle. Those powder eggs just wasn't getting it! But this right here is simply Amazing! I love these poached eggs!

Bought both the sunny side up and the poached egg versions. Made classic breakfast egg dishes with vegan additions (Hollandaise Sauce). With the black salt (Kala namak) to give it an “eggy nose”, the texture and flavor are so satisfying and reminiscent of pre-vegan days. Since going vegan I have on the hunt for exquisite vegan substitutes for classic gourmet dishes. Yo-egg fits the bill for me.
