Frequently Asked Questions
What are the Cleaning Properties of this Bar of Soap?
For a soap to do the work it’s meant to do, it has to have cleaning properties. Typically, a soap gets these properties from petroleum-based or artificial alternatives, whereas natural soaps get them from vegetable fats and oil extracts.
Typically, the oil from the fruit (palm, coconut, and kernel in this instance) is combined with sodium hydroxide to create a soap that cleans your skin. Whilst harmful in its natural form, when combined with oil, Sodium hydroxide is neutralized and considered very safe to use.
In fact, when combined with oil, sodium hydroxide completely disappears from the final product!
