This is another OG Vegan staple I remember from the olden days when you didn't have a variety of brands or products to choose from. It still holds up 20+ years later! I love the texture in a sandwich that has been sitting at room temperature for a while, which sounds weird, but other brands just don't seem to melt like that unless they're heated. No weird aftertaste flavors either! Great sandwich 'cheese' plain and simple.

This is the only cheese alternative I have found that I can use, as I am allergic to coconut oils and almond oils. The taste is adequate and the texture is great when cooking.
