Frequently Asked Questions

What's the best way to cook my Bratwurst Sausages?

If frozen, make sure to defrost it completely. Once it’s thawed there are two great options for cooking:
Pan Fry: Heat an oiled pan on medium-high. Cook for roughly 8-9 minutes, turning frequently.
Grilling: Preheat the grill to 500F. Lightly brush the sausages with oil. Grill for roughly 8-9 minutes, turning halfway through. Cooking time will vary depending on the equipment.

How do I store my Bratwurst Sausages from The Very Good Butchers?

These vegan goodies can be kept in the fridge for up to 14 days and 18 months in the freezer. When cooked from frozen, take your plant-based Bratwurst Sausages out of the freezer and keep them in the fridge for 24 hours. This ensures they defrost completely.
