How To Prepare

• Mix 3 tbsp of milled flaxseed and 9 tbsp of water in a mixing bowl, then leave to stand for about 10 mins until gloopy.
• Pre-heat oven to 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 4.
• Add the contents of the pack and 125g of dairy-free spread into the mixing bowl and beat together until smooth. Add a splash of water if the mixture is a bit dry.
• Carefully spoon the mixture into a 20cm x 20cm baking tin.
• Bake between 20-25 mins and leave to cool before eating.
