Here’s what you need:

Main Ingredients
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of Evergreen Chai Masala Chai
  • 1 cup of Minor Figures Oat Milk
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger


  • To create the pumpkin spice base for your latte, in a saucepan mix together your pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg together on low heat until even in color. You can store and use this for lattes up to two weeks.
  • Add in your oatmilk, brown sugar, and masala chai to the saucepan and brew for 5 minutes on low heat. Continuously stir with a whisk until the puree is dissolved and fully incorporated into the Vegan milk.

  • Remove from heat and add vanilla extract to latte mixture. Whisk together.
  • Serve and enjoy.
