Chef Matthew Kenney is Launching a Plant-Based Meal Delivery Service

Celebrity Chef Matthew Kenney is expanding his plant-based food to meal delivery service In collaboration with XFood and PlantX, where Chef Kenney is a culinary chief officer.

Chef Kenney said, “Our goal is to always reach as many people with plant-based options as possible.”

Chef Kenney first launched his plant-based restaurants nearly 30 years ago. He is excited to take this new market plant-based foods, making plant-based food more accessible for everyone.

The three-day meal plans start at $119.95 and consist of six lunch and dinner options, as well as cold-pressed juices from Little West.

This delectable menu includes vegan orange chicken mushroom with broccoli and brown rice, soy and lemongrass-glazed tempeh, and kung pao cauliflower with zucchini and tofu.

At the moment, the delivery service is located only in Southern California, but Chef Kenney plans to expand it all over the US – hopefully, to reach locations where a plant-based diet is not as common.

Chef Kenney’s advice to people new to a plant-based diet is, “It could be one meal a week; it could be a full day a week. It could be for an entire week. Take note of how it feels to spend the day eating plant-based because that really was what did it for me. It was a big difference in how I felt and how my body reacted to it.”

People in Southern California are looking forward to trying out this new and exciting plant-based meal delivery service. Everyone else is anxious for it to spread across the US.
