The food here is superb. We love delivery from them and always have enough for lunch the next day - amazing value. Adore the Chicken Tikka and all the Naan breads - you really can't go wrong with any dish. The special Indian condiments they provide are wonderful. Have been ordering from them since they opened (about 10 yrs ago?) and always perfection.

I celebrated my graduation yesterday in this fine place. happy to tell that we had a superb evening and the restaurant was certainly the reason for the fruitful meeting. The waiters collaborated in a graceful style, the cuisine was delicious and my guests were extremely pleased. We shall absolutely return for more celebrations. thanks very much.

Went in expecting good East Indian food and got a beautiful and delicious feast. Whereas East Indian food can be one note wonders, Sula delivered a beautifully complex flavour feast. If all of the food we had, the lamb kadai was an overall winner. You could taste everything in it separately but the blend of tastes worked oh so well, even the next day cold.

Ambience music and servers were amazing. I liked the appetizers. Main course was good but less spicy for Indians. Only I am not happy with the restaurant timings they are quite early for dinner. We enjoyed but I felt as if we are rushing with the dinner and were pushing out of the restaurant.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Made a reservation and received confirmation that the reservation was confirmed. Showed up to the restaurant on a special occasion, and were rudely told by the restaurant manager that they have no table for us and to leave the restaurant (extremely irritated by us merely asking if he could do anything for us as it was a special occasion) They did not make the tiniest effort to try to accommodate 2 people, did not apologize for the mistake, or show any regret whatsoever. I asked to speak to the manager. The young Indian man who called himself the manager said "I'm the manager, what are you going to do about it?" I walked up commercial drive crying my eyes out by how we were spoken to. I wouldn't return to this restaurant again if they were the last restaurant running in the lower mainland. My husband and I were treated like dogs that night. Absolutely horrible man running this restaurant.
