Unique’s Pretzel Shells are a more airy take on their classic Splits. They have taken the original recipe and molded it into bite-sized, hollow pretzel pillows, for all that crisp deliciousness, only lighter (and more addictive!). Pretzel Shells are crispy, crunchy, moreish, and satisfying, perfect for party spreads or as an on the trail snack.

Multi-Grain Split

Why does Unique Pretzels use unbleached flour to make its Pretzel Splits and Shells?

Bleached flour is treated with chemical agents to speed up the aging process and to make it whiter and softer, whereas unbleached flour is left to age naturally after being milled. It has an off-white color and denser grain and structure which makes it perfect for yeasted bakes like Unique’s Pretzel Splits and Shells. Some people can detect a nuttier, more earthy flavor in unbleached flour which only adds to the deliciousness of these crunchy snacks.
