Introducing Sol Cuisine’s Spicy Mediterranean Falafel. Sol Cuisine started in 1980 with a passion for high-quality vegan foods that are also delicious. This Mediterranean falafel is one of their legendary sources of plant-based protein.

This Falafel is made with organic chickpeas in a crispy coating. It even comes with two packets of tahini sauce for dipping. This unique sauce provides 5g of fiber and 7g of plant protein.

Sol Cuisine’s Spicy Mediterranean Falafel is non-GMO, gluten-free, and soy-free. It’s also a good source of iron and a great solution for sandwiches, pitas, salads, or tasty appetizers. 

This authentic Mediterranean treat is a superfood and contains 90% organic ingredients and 150 calories per serving.

How To Prepare 

Cook from frozen. On the stovetop, cook on a lightly oiled skillet on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side. If cooking in the oven, preheat to 350°F and bake on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes per side. 

To prepare the sauce, place the packet in hot water until thawed.
