How To Prepare
Once thawed, remove all packaging. Heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat, add some oil, gently flake the ground to your desired crumble size into the pan, and don’t touch it for one minute. Continue cooking for 7-9 minutes stirring often. Feel free to add more oil if needed.

What is the best way to store Meatless Farm’s Plant-Based Ground Meat?
If purchased thawed, check the ‘use by’ date on top of the pack and keep refrigerated. Once opened, make sure to consume within 24 hours and do not exceed the ‘use by’ date as it is not suitable for re-freezing. If purchased frozen, also check ‘use by’ date.
