How to Prepare
Cook Good Catch Plant-Based Breaded Crab Cakes from frozen. To cook on the stovetop: preheat a skillet over low heat and add a little oil. Place the crab cakes on the skillet and cook with the lid on for 14-16 minutes until they’re crispy and golden brown.
To cook with an air fryer: preheat the fryer to 370°F. Brush the crab cakes with a little oil and air fry them for 12 minutes. Flip them over and air fry for 3-5 minutes more, until crispy and golden brown.
To cook in an oven: preheat the oven to 450°F. Brush the crab cakes with a little oil then bake on a tray for 12 minutes. Flip them over and bake for another 5-7 minutes, until crispy and golden brown. Let them stand for a couple of minutes before serving then enjoy!
