Finally, Caffeine is added, thought to help de-puff the under-eye area and promote glowing, even skin.

Apply in the mornings and at night, and reapply as needed. Gently squeeze a small amount onto the applicator tip and apply to the eye area, including the eyelid, in a circular motion. Massage into the skin with your ring finger, using gentle pressure until any excess product is absorbed.
