How To Prepare

Microwave: Remove the sleeve and peel the film 2 inches on both sides. Heat on high for 3-5 minutes. Let it stand for a minute.

Stovetop: Empty contents into 2 different non-stick saucepans and cover. Cook the rice on medium for 6-8 minutes. Cook the chickpeas on medium to medium-high for 8-10 minutes and stir occasionally.
