How do I make seed butter?

For an absolutely delicious pumpkin and sunflower seed butter, you’ll need: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, honey and sea salt.

  1. Toast 1 cup sunflower seeds and 1.5 cups pumpkin seeds lightly on a skillet.
  2. Bend with 2tbsp flaxseed in a food processor and pulse for about 8 minutes until butter is formed.
  3. Add a sprinkle of salt and for extra flavor, try cinnamon or cocoa too!
  4. Finally, turn in a dollop of honey by hand.
  5. Enjoy the delicious and healthy seed butter with your favorite recipes.
