We love the Biosteel Sports Greens because they’re so easy to use and they mix really well. If adding to water, dilute 1 scoop (10.2 g) in 8-16 oz of water. But don’t forget, they can also be added to any liquid or food. We recommend trying it in juice or smoothies!
