How do I use Anima Mundi’s Tooth Polish?

If using as a replacement for normal toothpaste, simply add a pea size amount to your toothbrush and brush as normal. For use as an additional part of your oral care routine, gently massage a pea-sized amount over your gums. Allow it to sit for a minute, then swish very hard with water and rinse. Tooth Polish can also be applied directly onto canker sores.
