Do I add this serum before or after face cream?

Use Acure’s Brightening 2% Alpha Arbutin Serum after cleansing, but before moisturizer. If using toner, use in this order: cleanse, toner, Alpha Arbutin Serum, moisturizer. Let it dry before adding moisturizer.
