Genexa Kids' Cough & Chest Congestion Oral Suspension is a liquid children’s medicine, easy to use straight out of the bottle. It’s full of delicious Organic blueberry flavor with the active ingredient Dextromethorphan HBr. Suitable for vegans.

Do not take more than 6 doses in a 24-hour period. Use the dose cup provided only.

Children aged 6 - 12 years take 5ml - 10ml every 4 hours.

Children aged 4 - 6 years take 2.5ml - ml every 4 hours.

Do not give to children under 4 years of age.
