Although the name can be confusing, Organic Whole Grain Buckwheat is not related to wheat and is 100% gluten free. Eden Foods’ buckwheat is organically grown in North Dakota and is gently milled to remove its hard hull, leaving the whole grain intact.

This Organic Whole Grain Buckwheat is a good source of protein and minerals and it goes perfectly with soups, salads, porridge and much more. It is free from sodium and low in fats. This product is also packaged in a reclosable, protective and standing pouch.

Eden Foods’ Buckwheat is easy to prepare. Rinse the buckwheat in cold water and strain. Boil two cups of water with a pinch of salt, then add one cup of buckwheat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes before eating or mixing with other ingredients.
