Frequently Asked Questions
Is natural dye better than artificial dye?
Definitely! Many artificial dyes are petroleum-based and have even been linked to ADHD, sensitivities, and many acquired diseases such as cancer.
Is Color Kitchen’s Food Coloring safe for children?
Yes, Color Kitchen’s Food Coloring is safe for everybody. Unless your child is allergic to any of the natural ingredients, it is safe to serve them foods decorated with Color Kitchen’s Food Coloring.
WIll Color Kitchen’s Food Coloring stay vibrant when baked?
Natural colors can start to fade and present as pastel colors when heated above 250°F. For this reason, Color Kitchen’s Food Coloring is most suitable for recipes requiring lower temperatures or shorter baking times. If you can, introduce the colors after heating, such as when adding frosting.
