Recipe for the Perfect Vegan Mozzarella Panini

You will need:


  1. Turn on your sandwich press to preheat, according to machine instructions. 
  2. Carefully slice your ciabatta baguette in half using a bread knife
  3. Spread both sides generously with pesto, then layer slices of mozzarella and tomato.
  4. Season with salt & pepper and drizzle a little olive oil over the fillings.
  5. Close up the sandwich, and pop it in your sandwich press.
  6. Grill for 5-6 minutes or until you spot melted cheese bubbling out the sides.
