Chickpea & Zucchini Pasta Shells
12 oz Pasta shells
1 can Chickpeas drained
Salt & Pepper
Cut the zucchini in thin round slices and place them in a pan with two spoons olive oil.
Cook for 7/10 minutes while stirring gently, till gold and tender. Add the chickpeas.
Cook the pasta according to instructions and when ready drain it and place it in the pan with the vegetables. Stir gently to combine.
Add an extra spoon of oil, season with salt and pepperto taste, mix gently and serve.
