Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use Watkins Organic Parsley Flakes in place of fresh parsley?

Watkins Organic Parsley Flakes make a fantastic substitute to have on hand when you’re out of fresh parsley and don’t fancy a trip to the store.

Just remember that 1 tbsp fresh herbs is equivalent to around 1 tsp dried herbs like these. Dried herbs have a more intense and less grassy flavor than their fresh counterparts.

You should also add dried herbs earlier on in the cooking process to allow time for all those flavors to infuse.
