How To Prepare
Heat oil in your pot over medium-low heat and sauté onion for 3-5 minutes. Add the contents of the larger seasoning packet and stir for 30 seconds. Add your favorite vegan broth, stir and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add your favorite plant-based ‘meatballs’, stir, and heat for 5 minutes. Uncover, bring to a boil, stir in the small pasta shapes cook until the pasta is to your liking.
Add more vegetables of your choice for an even more filling, nutritious meal! Just be sure to add them at the right time to cook them to perfection. Get creative and try a few combinations!
