How do I prepare these patties?

As these sausage patties are already fully cooked, you simply need to warm them. Add 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of water to a frying pan. Warm the pan on low medium for 2 minutes before adding the patty and cooking for 4 minutes on each side until browned. 

How do I store them?

Store them in the refrigerator. They are able to be frozen for up to a year and once thawed, will be ok for 65 days.
