How does Abe prevent cross-contamination?

If you have severe allergies, it’s essential to know that your food isn’t contaminated with anything. Abe’s facility is SQF certified and is 100% free from peanuts, tree nuts (apart from coconut), sesame, soy, and pea protein. 

Every morning, all of the equipment is checked for any germs and food proteins found in allergies using ATP swab tests. Plus, at the end of every shift, all the equipment is sterilized and cleaned. It’s fair to say Abe takes this very seriously, and so it should! All the vegan produce is made on completely separate equipment from the non-dairy products, too.
