Can I use this Bread & Muffin Mix in my bread machine?

Yes, you can! Just use the 1-1 ½ lb loaf setting for a medium brown crust. Some machines also have a gluten-free setting you may wish to use. If you have a programmable machine, then simply refer to your Bread Makers manufacturer's instructions and use the mix accordingly.
