How do I cook Big Mountain Foods’ Veggie Grounds?

These grounds are pre-cooked but they taste even better hot so it's recommended that you warm them thought!

To do that, remove the Veggie Grounds from the packaging and add them to a recipe that will be cooked, such as a shepherd's pie that you will bake in the oven. Alternatively, you can fry them in a lightly oiled pan for 2 to 5 minutes, or microwave them in a microwave-safe dish for 90 seconds until steaming hot.
