Take out only at the moment because of Covid-19 procedures. Offers a wide variety of salads, wraps and sandwiches. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Only downside is the lineup can be long sometimes.

The food at chopped leaf is always excellent. However, last time we ordered from this location they missed a few items on a salad that my mum ordered. Not really that big of a deal. I tried to call to get them to correct the mistake and the phone was left to ring. I tried again about half an hour later and still the phone was not answered (they were still open). Next I emailed to try to have both these issues addressed. It has been several days and still my email has not been answered. My family and I would love to continue to patronize this company, but I am curious to know if customer satisfaction is actually an important value to the chopped leaf. I suppose time will tell. Star rating pending response to this review.

Great food! Good service though there were several tables that needed to be cleared leaving limited seating options. It's a healthy choice and portions are a good size. I will definately eat there again!

Chopped Leaf Kelowna is always delicious and has great service, (speedy food, friendly staff) but I was extra impress the last time I went there. I was eating in and didn't want to drink my chopped water out of a plastic cup (I had forgotten my reusable cup at home). I asked if they served their chopped water in anything different for people who were eating in. The cashier was a young man and at first he said no they just have the plastic but then he thought for a second and said he could get me a glass. Not sure where he found it or what it was for but I loved the gesture and that he went above and beyond to make his customers happy. Wish I'd gotten his name!
