My new favorite place in Pemberton. Leo and Laura are super friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. The pita they use for the wraps are just heavenly. We had the falafel and bahn mi, both are really nicely flavored. The falafel is smashed so it's nice and crispy, and the bbq tofu in the bahn mi is delicious. Also, they sell art from a local artist that is hanging all around the place, and they're beautiful and reasonably priced. Come check it out!

Highway Burger. Gone in two minutes. Not supposed to eat and drive but I couldn’t stop munching! Warning: order at your own risk. The burger was very well presented and it’s obvious how Leo takes pride in his craft by creating each order with such love and care. Not to mention the hospitality and customer service Laura gives to people is truly astounding. HWY. CAFE is a must visit in Pemberton!

Wow! Got to visit this wonderful little plant based cafe the first week they were open! We were in Mt Currie for 4 nights and ate here 3 times. Everything is make fresh and it’s absolutely delicious. The folks who run it are very sweet as well. Almost want to drive up from Vancouver for another sandwich. A must try if in the area. They change the menus daily!

What an absolute gem! Warm and welcoming owners and a welcoming modern space. Oh... and the food - large hearty portions drenched in delicious sauce and filled with loads of fresh vegetables. Worth the trip if you’re visiting Whistler. The zucchini muffin was SUCH a treat too. My (omni) partner said it was by far the best muffin he’s ever tasted.

Amazing food. We had the Banh Mi, potato salad, and Italian sausage sandwich. The best potato salad we’ve ever had. The rest of the food was excellent! Highly recommended.
