  • Place 1 cup of almonds into a food processor fitted with an “S” blade and process on high for about 30 seconds.
  • Next add in the rest of your ingredients and process on high until everything is blended up into a sticky, uniform dough. You want the dough to feel sticky on your fingers and be crumbly. If not, simply add in a small amount of water ( around 1-2 teaspoons).
  • Once everything has been processed scoop roughly around 1 tablespoon of dough into the palm of your hand and start to roll into a ball. Repeat until all the dough is gone and you have around 12 energy balls. c
  • Place in the freezer for 15 minutes, in an air-tight container to help set the shape.
  • You can store these in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or 1 month in the freezer.
  • *If dates are super dry, try soaking them in some hot water for 5-10 minutes to soften before loading them into the food processor.
  • Enjoy!
