High Protein Blackberry Crumble

Servings: 2 Time: 40 minutes

It’s blackberry season, so why not celebrate it with a delicious easy to make crumble!


  • 1/2 cup large rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp almond meal
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups blackberries


  • Preheat oven to 435 F.
  • Combine oats, maple syrup, lemon juice, water, protein powder, and almond meal in a bowl.Note: Add more water when needed. Add one tbsp at a time.
  • Add blackberries and chia in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes or until berries become soft.
  • Add blackberries and chia into an oven-safe dish and sprinkle crumble on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Serve immediately and add some vanilla plant-based ice cream on top if desired.
