Instead, you get a nice effervescence and the refreshingly crisp, slightly tart tang of a proper craft cider.
Founder Colin Schilling - who has been crafting cider since the age of 14 on his family’s farm in Idaho - is an experimentalist and an innovator. He believes in creating unique, flavor-forward ciders with personality, a far cry from the mass-market ciders that you would never see amongst the 32 cider taps at his own pub, Schilling Cider House in Fremont. This would be perfect paired with salads in the summertime or roasted root vegetables in the fall. And, why not make it mulled in the winter?
Schilling London Dry Cider is one of those versatile drinks that goes just as well with a spicy curry as it does with baked apple crisp and coconut cream!

Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is a craft cider?
Craft cider, much like craft beer, is made using traditional processes and no shortcuts, like the ones used to make mass-produced ciders. Instead of concentrated apple juice being mixed with extra sugar, sweeteners, and gas, the apples are fresh-pressed and left to ferment, with the yeast coming naturally from the apple skins. The sugar in the fruit is what creates the alcohol and the bubbles, giving you a proper hard cider that tastes of pure appley goodness!
