What is the story behind Pino Cellars?

Joshua Maloney is the brains behind Pino Cellars, the winery with a mission to make great wine without pretense. While studying Chemistry at Cornell, Maloney took an introductory class on wines during his last semester. And thank goodness he did! During the class, he discovered a passion for wine, which moved him in the same way as art, music, and literature. Over the next few years, he spent time working at a variety of vineyards and wineries, learning the tricks of the trade. Today Maloney oversees production at Pino Cellars, part of the Bronco Wine Company in Oregon, a region regarded as a Pinot-producing powerhouse.
