How do I Make Pastabilities Vegan Mac & Cheese?
- Bring about 8 cups of water to boil in a medium pot. Add the full pack and simmer for 6-7 minutes.
- Drain the water but don’t rinse the pasta- you want to keep all that starchy goodness!
- While the pasta is out of the pot, pour ⅓ cup your favorite plant-based milk alternative, 2.5 tablespoons vegan butter and bind.
- Slowly add the vegan cheese mix until you get a smooth creamy consistency.
