Deep red in color, with cherry, raspberry, and rhubarb on the nose, Pacific Redwood’s 2020 Pinot Noir is light and perfumed. With characters of strawberry, mint, blood orange, and light cedar, it delivers some subtle charred notes. Full yet delicate, it is subtle, bright, and smooth with a soft texture. Finishing with soft tannins and a kick of acidity, it boats crisp florals on the fade. For a light summer lunch, try this Pinot Noir with a spinach, strawberry, and pine nut salad. For an evening meal, pair with eggplant and chanterelle mushroom pappardelle and finish with a plant-based raspberry pavlova. Serve at 54 - 57°F to taste this wine at its best.
