Delicious tropical pineapple blends with sweet, succulent peach to create a melody of fruity flavors in LostFind’s Sauvignon Blanc. These fruity notes are cut through with a lively acidity that gives the wine a notable crispness. The medium body creates a luxurious mouth-feel that is as mouthwatering as its fragrant aromas.
Maule Valley is the largest and one of the oldest wine regions in Chile. The valley takes its name from the River Maule. This river provides temperature-moderating effects to the region. The winemakers in the region are currently modernizing their way of farming, producing lower yields from healthier soils to create higher quality grapes. One such process reduces the amount of water fed to the grapevines, so the grapes that are produced are highly concentrated. This results in a wine that packs a real punch of flavor.
This 2020 Chardonnay would pair perfectly with pasta or creamy flavors, for example a nut-based sauce or a vegan cheesecake. The wine lends itself perfectly to these dishes as the acidity cuts through these flavors leaving a fresh taste on the palate.
