Coffee cherries that grow at such altitudes are forced to compensate for the low oxygen levels with high levels of acidity in the plant, translating to notes of vanilla, chocolate, and nutty aromas in the cup. Both the medium and dark roasts are slow-roasted in small batches in order to maintain consistency in their rich flavor profile. Wet-processed and meticulously slow-dried in small batches before being roasted evenly in a drum roaster for full-on flavor preservation. Dark Roast Ground Mushroom Coffee
Dark brown in color with a slightly oily surface, these beans were left to roast at a higher temperature. Expect a full-bodied, bold, and rich cup with low acidity levels. Smooth and velvety every time.
Medium Roast Ground Mushroom Coffee
This medium roasted bean is mid to dark brown in color with little to no oil on the surface. A perfectly balanced flavor and aroma serving a warm and cozy mug with mild acidity with chocolatey undertones.
How to make Organic Mushroom Coffee?
