Frequently Asked Questions
What should I serve the 2019 Jules Taylor Pinot Noir with?
A wine that synchronizes smoky earthy tones with deep sultry fruits with such finesse deserves a seriously sophisticated dish to match. Chargrill dark greens and toss over a sesame and orange salad dressing. Alternatively, balsamic roasted beets would match the acidity perfectly too. As a main, pair this wintery wine with a rich creamy butternut squash gnocchi with a vegan cream cashew sauce. To finish, a tart raspberry compote. Voilà.
