Frey’s Organic White is a household table classic. Fruity and crisp, with notes of ripe pear and green melon, it has a familiar fruitiness that doesn’t overpower the palate. Not too sweet, this mild white is lovingly made by third-generation family winemakers on the sunny Californian coast. The Freys know that beautiful grapes need no additives to carry them through to stunning table wine.

Celiacs rest easy - gluten that is often found in fining agents is entirely cut out of this wine production line. Fining agents that pick up particles and sink to the bottom of the barrel are often non-vegan too, and often contain egg white, gelatine, and wheat glutens. At Frey, they only use bentonite which is a naturally occurring earth clay. Moreover, the yeast that is used during fermentation is completely GMO-certified.
